Please carefully review all store policies before making a purchase.
On hand items: If an item is in stock, please allow 3-5 business days for processing and an additional 3-7 business days for shipping. Please note that holidays and weekends are excluded in these timelines.
Tracking: Once payment is received, a shipping confirmation email will be sent with tracking information. This will allow you to monitor your order until it reaches your destination. Please keep in mind tracking updates are not available on weekends or holidays.
Responsibility: DEE’S LASH LOUNGE & CO. IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN ITEMS, OR DELAYED ORDERS ONCE YOUR PACKAGE HAS LEFT OUR FACILITY.
Local Pick Ups: If you are selecting the "Local Pick-Up" option at checkout, please allow 1 to 2 business days after processing to receive an email notification confirming your order is ready for pick up. You must wait for this email before arriving. Local pick-up is only available for customers located in or near Pinellas Park, Florida.
Refunds: ALL SALES ARE FINAL SALES. Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted unless specifically discussed and agreed upon with a customer service representative. We appreciate your understanding, as we strive to provide quality products with every order.
